The interior is unpainted, and the house has ventilation and drainage. It's constructed of exterior grade ply-wood, a pine shingled roof and finished with a non-toxic, water based paint. This house can be used indoors or outdoors.
The front door can be kept closed with the dog bone latch. There is little window trim with faux flower box and side window with dog bone cutout details
The house is shipped flat and requires easy assembly.
