Exchange or Returns of merchandise:

support@callingalldogs.com for an RMA # and instructions.  We cannot issue RMA numbers over the telephone.  We will reply with a personal response specific to your request within 1 - 2 business days (except during posted vacation, business trips abroad or holidays). 

Approved exchanges and returns must be received within 15 days from receipt in brand new, perfect condition with all manufacturer's tags still attached (sorry, unfortunately there no exceptions if tags have been removed)  A 10% restocking / processing fee is applied to any exchange plus shipping costs incurred for new merchandise.  A 20% restocking fee is applied to any return.  The customer will be charged for any shipping expenses that are incurred.

Personalized items; all dog beds & linens (mattresses, blankets, dog pillows, mats etc) as well as, upholstered furniture; dog carriers; food & treats; dog breed items; unwrapped toys; custom made to order merchandise including but not limited to crystal collars and martingales, clearance, special offer merchandise. final sale and seasonal/holiday merchandise.  Sorry, no exceptions can be made.  Please read product details carefully and contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.  We are happy to assist you with selecting the proper size and product.
