Exchange or Returns of merchandise:   

Please email shop@callingalldogs.com for an RMA # and instructions.  We will reply with a personal response specific to your request within 1 - 3 business days.

Approved exchanges and returns must be received within 15 days from receipt in brand new, perfect condition (fur and odor free) with all manufacturer's tags still attached.  
If original tags are not attached, a refund cannot be granted and merchandise will be donated to a local shelter or rescue in your name.  Seller reserves the right to charge restocking fee for merchandise that is not returned in exactly the same condition as received. 

Please Note:  With heavy weight and larger product purchases we cover part of the shipping costs to help offset the actual FedEx or UPS charge.  In 2015 the carriers switched their rates to weight and dimensional calculations, whichever is higher.  When an item is returned or exchanged, the actual shipping fees will be deducted prior to refund credit being issued.  

FREE SHIPPING Offers:  If any part of the order is returned, originally shipping costs will be deducted before credit is posted.   
 
EXCEPTIONS - Merchandise that is final sale + not eligible for return or exchange.    
Personalized items; all dog beds & linens (mattresses, blankets, dog pillows, mats etc) as well as, upholstered furniture; dog carriers; food & treats; dog breed items; unwrapped toys; custom made to order merchandise, clearance, special offer merchandise. final sale and seasonal/holiday merchandise.  Sorry, no exceptions can be made unless pre-arranged.  Please read product details carefully and contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.  We are happy to assist you with selecting the proper size and product.
