SHIPPING INFORMATION
Credit Card Information:
To ensure a safe shopping experience, please make sure that your information is up-to-date with your credit card company. Orders get delayed and/or cannot be processed if the name / address / zip do not match up. For American Express, this includes adding family ( friends ) at different addresses than the billed to their authorized list. It only takes 5 minutes but it will ensure your order gets processed in a timely fashion. We appreciate your assistance in helping maintain a safe environment for online shopping.

Shipping within the US:
Calling All Dogs.com makes use of FedEx Online to calculate it's shipping charges and delivery time within the US. Calculations are based on your order being shipped from NY 10917 to you. We recently starting using Endicia services to ship smaller, lighter weight (up to 2 lbs max) items US Postal Service. The manner of shipping is based on what is being shipped, the warehouse it is shipping from and what we consider to be 'best way'. Many of the manufacturers we work with ship via UPS. If you are unable to receive parcels using any of the above mentioned carriers, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer, in which case your order may be processed within 1-10 business days unless noted otherwise and the shipping time frame will vary. Most merchandise is sent UPS or FedEx Ground but some manufacturers may use USPS. For custom orders, handcrafted or handmade items and select designer apparel, please allow up to 2.5 weeks - 4 weeks ( add additional time before a holiday i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day & Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Chanukah) or as specified with the product information. If there is any order processing time frame specified on the website, it will take that long to process even if you select Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping. Holiday Shipping - PLEASE allow extra time for orders to be processed prior to a holiday.
Shipping Rates. Yes, we know shipping is high and we offer discount codes (THANKS will save you 10%) to help off set this cost.
This is the latest update from FedEx for 2013. Please understand that the increases are imposed by FedEx (UPS, or USPS). We do NOT make money on shipping. If you feel the calculated shipping charge
is incorrect, please contact us so we can see if an adjustment can be made.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
