We're all about real dogs and real people. About enjoying your dogs on a daily basis and living a happy, healthy lifestyle together. About finding a balance between responsible guardianship and  playful pampering. We strive to find beautiful and stylish dog products that are high quality and thoughtfully designed so that you will enjoy using them.

More "big dog stuff" is being added to our inventory as we find new must-have products for big dogs: new big puppy toys, big dog collars including leather, crystal-embellished, and custom martingale style collars, big dog beds, organic puppy and dog foods & pre-mixes, healthy & organic dog treats, elegant raised feeders that make dining more comfortable for your dog - while enhancing your home's decor, wrought iron dog gates, and more!

OUR COMPANIONS

Marley is our 10 year old, 64 pound hound mix adopted from a shelter in Morgantown, WV, currently roaming the sun-drenched beaches of Palm Beach County and learning to swim and ride the waves. 
Logan our 14 year old, super-sized, 14 pound Pomeranian (or is it Spitz?) was found through petfinder.com as a 10 week old puppy.  Logan enjoys tropical exotic nature trails and the vibrant nightlife of Atlantic Avenue, Delray's popular restaurant row.

We are proud of our affiliation with the Hudson Valley SPCA located in Orange County. May 1, 2014 was their 125th Anniversary as a SPCA and one year as a no-kill shelter with a new Board of Directors and new administrators.

SHIPPING
Credit Card Information:
To ensure a safe shopping experience, please make sure that your information is up-to-date with your credit card company. Orders get delayed and/or cannot be processed if the name / address / zip do not match up. For American Express, this includes adding family ( & friends ) at different addresses than the billed to their authorized list. It only takes 5 minutes but it will ensure your order gets processed in a timely fashion. We appreciate your assistance in helping maintain a safe environment for online shopping.

Shipping Information:
Shipping within the US:
Calling All Dogs.com makes use of FedEx Online to calculate it's shipping charges and delivery time within the US. Calculations are based on the order being shipped from FL 33435 to you. For UPS transit time from us to you click here. Please email if delivery date is critical.  

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which case your order will be processed within 2-7 business days unless noted otherwise and the shipping time frame will vary. Most merchandise is sent UPS or FedEx Ground but some mfg. may use USPS. For custom orders, handcrafted or handmade items and select designer apparel, please allow up to 2 weeks - 4 weeks ( add additional time before a holiday i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day & Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Chanukah) or as specified with the product information. If there is any order processing time frame specified on the website, it will take that long to process even if you select Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping.


RETURN POLICY

Errors and/or Defective Merchandise:
Email  fetch@callingalldogs.com clearly explaining the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Any or claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all originally packing in the event a UPS or FedEx claim is warranted.

Exchange or Returns of Merchandise:
Email   fetch@callingalldogs.com for an RMA number and detailed instructions. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Approved exchanges and returns must be received in brand new, perfect condition with all manufacturer's tags still attached within 15 days of receipt. A 10% restocking / processing fee will applied to any exchange plus shipping costs incurred for new merchandise. A 20% restocking fee is applied to any return. The customer will be charged for any shipping expenses that are incurred.

EXCEPTIONS - THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE:
Personalized items, dog beds, dog carriers, food & treats, dog breed items, unwrapped toys, custom made to order merchandise or special order items, clearance and special offer merchandise marked final sale are NOT exchangeable or returnable. Please read product details carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.

Due to health regulations, no exchanges can be accept on carriers or beds. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Customers are responsible for original shipping and return shipping costs.
