To ensure a safe shopping experience, please make sure that your information is up-to-date with your credit card company. Orders get delayed and/or cannot be processed if the name / address / zip do not match up. For American Express, this includes adding family ( friends ) at different addresses than the billed to their authorized list. Shipping within the US:
Calling All makes use of UPS Online to calculate it's shipping charges and delivery time within the US. Calculations are based on the order being shipped from NY 10917 to you. For UPS transit time from us to you click here. Please note that all items are shipped from NY which will affect the transit time. Please email if delivery date is critical.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, in which case your order will be processed within 2-7 business days unless noted otherwise and the shipping time frame will vary. Most merchandise is sent UPS or FedEx Ground but some mfg. may use USPS. For custom orders, handcrafted or handmade items and select designer apparel, please allow up to 2 weeks - 4 weeks ( add additional time before a holiday i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day & Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Chanukah) or as specified with the product information. If there is any order processing time frame specified on the website, it will take that long to process even if you select Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping.

Errors and/or Defective Merchandise:
Email clearly explaining the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Any or claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all original packing in the event a UPS or FedEx claim is warranted.

Exchange or Returns of Merchandise:
Email for an RMA number and detailed instructions. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Approved exchanges and returns must be received in brand new, perfect condition with all manufacturer's tags still attached within 15 days of receipt. A 10% restocking / processing fee is applied to any exchange plus shipping costs incurred for new merchandise. A 20% restocking fee is applied to any return. The customer will be charged for any shipping expenses that are incurred.

Our return period is extended until January 8th.  Emailed Request for a RMA# must be made in 2009 (by December 31st).
Items received as a gift can be exchanged or returned for a store gift certificate.

Personalized items, dog beds, dog carriers, food & treats, dog breed items, unwrapped toys, custom made to order merchandise or special order items, clearance and special offer merchandise marked final sale are NOT exchangeable or returnable. Please read product details carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.

Due to health regulations, no exchanges can be accept on carriers or beds. We apologize for the inconvenience.
